Refund / Returns Policy 2010 Australian Weather Calendar
Publicis Loyalty, on behalf of the Bureau of Meteorology, will offer either a refund or replacement for an Australian Weather Calendar(s) purchased through its mail-order facility if Publicis has incorrectly processed the order.
Publicis may, at its discretion, refer to relevant copies of order forms or recordings of telephone conversations to determine if an error has occurred, and the nature and cause of the error.
Publicis may, at its discretion, provide refunds using the original payment method. If the customer changes their mind about a purchase and the calendar has already been posted, Publicis Loyalty may, at its discretion, refuse a refund.
Publicis will send a replacement calendar(s) if: · The calendar is faulty or damaged. · The calendar (or post office notification card) has not been delivered four weeks after the date of purchase for calendars sent within Australia, and six weeks after the date of purchase for calendars sent outside Australia.
Publicis will send a second replacement calendar(s) via registered post if: · The first replacement calendar(s) is faulty or damaged. · The first replacement calendar (or post office notification card) has not been delivered four weeks after the date of purchase for calendars sent within Australia, and six weeks after the date of purchase for calendars sent outside Australia.
Publicis Loyalty may, at its discretion, refuse to send a replacement calendar(s) and provide only a refund if delivery problems are encountered.
Satisfactory proof of purchase must be supplied if requested.
The offer of refunds or replacements applies only until 31 June of the calendar year. |
